2022: Competed in six races...Ran a season-best time of 25:12.4 at the Titan Invitational on 10/21...Came in 19th at the GSAC Championships with a time of 25:50.4...Came in 142nd at the NAIA National Championships with a time of 25:52.7.

2021: Only Warrior to compete in all four regular season meets, the GSAC Championships, and the NAIA National Championships...Ran a career-best time of 25:20.50 on 10/23 at the William Jessup Invitational...Earned All-GSAC honors with a time of 25:58.60 at the GSAC Championships on 11/6, earning him 11th place overall...Finished the National Championship race in Vancouver, Washington with a time of 28:19.10.

2020: Opened up the season with a 5th place finish at The Master's Invitational after running the 8K in 27:48.2...Finished in 1st place in the Westmont Tri-Meet 6K with a time of 20:28...Ran a career-best time of 26:49.7 at the GSAC Championships (8K), earning him All-GSAC honors with an 11th place finish.

2019: Competed in five races... Ran a season-best 8K time of 27:04.9 at the William Jessup Invitational... Placed 33rd at the GSAC Championships (28:17.9).

High School: Condor League Individual Champion, TCAA First Team All-League Cross Country, 2x First Team All-Frontier League
