2023: Competed the NAIA Outdoor National Championships in Marian, Indiana...Career-best mark of 4.75m in the pole vault at the Bryan Clay Invitational on 4/15...Places him as sixth-best pole vaulter in program history...Recipient of the Golden Eagle award.

2022: Season-best pole vault of 4.45m (14-7.25) on 4/9/22...Season-best 200m dash of 24.04 on 3/26/22...Season-best long jump of 5.61m (18-5) on 3/26/22...Season-best triple jump of 12.46m (40-10.5) on 4/29/22 at the GSAC Championships.

2021: Season-best time of 7.49 in the 60 meter dash during the Sunshine Open...Ran the 100 meter dash in a season-best time of 11.72 during the GSAC Championship...At the Wildflower Invitational, ran the 200 meter dash in 23.66, a season-best...Completed the 400 meter dash in a season best 53.32 during the GSAC Championships...Finished the 1500 meter run in a season-best 4:46.48 during the GSAC Championships...One of two Warriors to compete in the 110 meter hurdles, finished in a season-best 20.26 during the GSAC Championships...Ran the 400 meter hurdles in a season-best 63.74...Best high jump mark was 1.51m (4-11.5) set during the GSAC Championships...Best pole vault mark was 4.06m (13-3.75) set during th GSAC Indoor Invitational...Also at the GSAC Championship recorded a season-best mark of 5.81m (19-0.75) in the long jump)...Completed the triple jump with a season-best mark of 11.90m (39-0.5) during the GSAC Championships...Also at the GSAC Championships, recorded season-bests in shot put with a mark of 7.20m (23-7.5) and discus with a mark of 18.73m (61-5) as well as javelin with a farthest toss of 16.93m (55-6).

2020: Recorded season-best marks of 3.80m (12-5.5) in the pole vault and 1.35m (4-5) in the high jump at the Gaucho Round-Up... On the best Warrior 4x100m relay team of the season, which finished in 45.44s at the Gaucho Round-Up... On a 4x400m relay team which finished in 3:36.56 at the On Your Marks Meet.

Nickname: Ry-Guy, but only Coach Tom calls him this.

Hobbies: Anime and animation, playing nintendo games like Pokemon and Smash Brothers, plays viola for the Westmont orchestra, lifeguards at the Westmont pool.

Future Ambitions: Undecided about grad school, but would like to do work with bio research. Would also like to remain involved with track and maybe take to coaching someday.
