(SAN DIMAS, Calif.) Freshman guard
Iyree Jarrett recorded 16 points to help lead #14 Westmont Women's Basketball (18-6, 11-3 GSAC) to a 76-41 Golden State Athletic Conference win over conference newcomer Life Pacific (1-23, 0-14). Jarrett went a perfect six for six from the floor, including three of three from beyond the arc.

Sydney Brown tallied 10 points and seven rebounds for the Warriors while sophomore point guard
Lauren Tsuneishi added 10 points and three rebounds.

Westmont led throughout the game posting a 26-9 advantage at the end of the first half and a 40-21 lead at halftime.

All 10 Warriors scored at least three points with junior guard
Maud Ranger and freshman post
Gabriella Stoll recording nine each. Ranger's points were all the result of three-point buckets while Stoll made seven of 10 free throws.

As a team, the Warriors made 12 of 31 shots from three-point range (38.7 percent) and 27 of 57 from the field (47.4 percent). Westmont outrebounded Life Pacific 41-30.

In the only other GSAC game, fifth-ranked The Master's (21-4, 13-1) posted a 67-50 win at Hope International (16-8, 6-8). As a result, the Warriors remain two games behind the Mustangs in the GSAC standings and are now one-half game ahead of #25 Arizona Christian (17-8, 10-3) in the race for second.

Westmont is one and one-half games ahead of #8 Vanguard (18-6, 9-4) who will be visiting Murchison Gymnasium on Saturday evening. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
