(SANTA BARBARA, Calif.) Westmont men's basketball was scheduled to take on Golden State Athletic Conference foe William Jessup in a nonconference home game on Dec. 19, but the matchup between Warriors has been canceled, marking the fifth game Westmont has had either postponed or canceled this 2020-21 season.

On its official athletics website, William Jessup announced that it has paused all men's basketball activities until after Christmas out of precaution during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

This is the third game Westmont has had canceled in the past seven days. The Warriors are still scheduled to host Concordia University Irvine on Friday evening at 6:00 p.m.
