(FRESNO, Calif.) Westmont Women's Tennis fell on a neutral site against the MSU Denver Roadrunners by a score of 6-1 on Thursday. The Warriors will look to salvage the month of March on the 29^th against Azusa Pacific, when the Warriors will be looking for their first since the calendar flipped over from February.
 
On Thursday, MSUD got out in front early with a 6-2 win at line one, and a 6-0 win at line two. In singles, Johanna Winkler was the lone Warrior to get the job done, where the German transfer came from a 6-3 loss in set one to defeat Kim Heddes 6-4 in the second, and 10-8 in an abbreviated third set.
 
Elsewhere, the Roadrunners defeated the Warriors in straight sets. There are five matches left in Westmont's regular season.
