(WHITTIER, Calif.) Westmont Women's Tennis rattled off a dominant 7-0 win on Saturday down south, as the Warriors defeated the Whittier Poets on their home court. The Warriors did not drop a single set, as dominance across the board was on the story of the day.
 
It began in doubles, when Ellie Triplett and Justie Spitzer, and Emma Rashid and Avala Elwood both swept their opponents 6-0. On one, Thea Donarski and Sabina were victorious as well (6-2). In singles, both Spitzer at line four and Jessie Allen at line six were unrelenting, with both women defeating their opponents 6-0, 6-0.
 
There were also identical scores at line three and line five, where both Triplett and Rashid posted 6-2, 6-1 wins. The dominance continued at line one and line two, where Donarski posted a 6-3, 6-0 final, and Salva won 6-4, 6-2.
 
The Warriors will take their 2-0 record into Monday's matinee against Azusa Pacific, where the two will begin at 10:00 a.m.
