2019: Finished 12th in the marathon at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships with a time of 2:51.15... GSAC Champion in the 10,000 meters in a time of 31:51.58... Posted season-best times of 4:01.98 in the 1500 meter run, 8:41.69 in the 3,000 meter run, 15:12.33 in the 5,000 meter run, 31:29.07 in the 10,000 meter run and 1:11.40 in the half-marathon... Selected for the GSAC's Cliff Hamlow Champion of Character Award... Honored as an NAIA and GSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2018: Earned All-GSAC honors at the GSAC Championship in the 10,000 meter run with a third place, season-best time of 33:09.90... Recorded the following season-bests: 2:03.29 in the 800 meter dash, 4:04.60 in the 1500 meters, 4:28.80 in the mile, 5:38.57 in the 2000 meters, 8:53.11 in the 3000 meters, 15:29.06 in the 5000 meters, 3:45.30 in the 4 x 400 meter relay, 8:09.72 in the 4 x 800 meter relay, and 10:52.12 in the distance medley relay... Honored as an NAIA and GSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2017: Earned All-GSAC honors in the 10,000 meter run with a third place season-best time of 34:05.87...Recorded the following season-bests: 2:01.35 in the 800 meter run, 2:36.13 in the 1000 meter run, 4:06.31 in the 1500 meter run, 4:24.09 in the mile, 9:02.45 in the 3000 meter run, 15:25.76 in the 5000 meter run, 8:06.20 in the 4 x 800 meter relay, and 10:20.57 in the distance medley relay.

2016: Earned All-GSAC honors in the 5,000 meter race...Recorded the following season-bests: 2:40.25 in the 1,000 meter race, 4:01.87 in the 1,500 meter race, 4:28.30 in the Mile, 9:02.30 in the 3,000 meter race, 15:11.81 in the 5,000 meter race, and 7:56.79 in the 4 x 800 meter relay.
