2016: Advanced to the finals in the Mile and placed tenth with a time of 4:25.01 at Indoor Nationals...Also competed in the Distance Medley Relay at Indoor Nationals...Competed in the 1500 meter race at Outdoor Nationals ...Recorded the following season-bests: 1:57.25 in the 800 meter race, 3:56.08 in the 1500 meter race, 4:20.20 in the Mile, 9:00.49 in the 3,000 meter race, 6:19.00 in the 2,000 meter Steeplechase... 15:46.63 in the 5,000 meter race, 3:35.68 in the 4x400 meter relay, 7:49.92 in the 4x800 meter relay, and 10:16.18 in the Distance Medley Relay.

2015: Placed 12th in the 4x800 meter relay (a season--best time of 7:54.61) at NAIA Indoor Nationals... Placed 25th in the 1500 meter race (4:06.22) at Outdoor Nationals... Recorded the following season-bests: 1:57.70 in the 800 meter race, 3:55.14 in the 1500 meter race, 4:22.42 in the Mile, 15:23.58 in the 5,000 meter race, and 3:33.13 in the 4x400 meter relay.

2014: Earned All-American honors with an eighth place finish in the 4 x 800 Meter Relay in a time of 7:49.15 at the NAIA Indoor National Championship... Also competed in the Distance Medley Relay at Indoor Nationals... GSAC Champion in the 4 x 800 Meter Relay in a time of 7:48.0h... Recorded a personal season best time of 1:57.47 in the 800 meters at Pomona-Pitzer... Ran for a personal season best time of 3:58.06 in the 1500 Meters at the Westmont Classic... Notched a personal season best time of 4:23.52 in the Mile at the UCSB/Pepperdine Meet... Posted a personal season best time of 9:03.75 while finishing first in the 3000 Meters at the FPU Meet... Won the Distance Medley Relay at the Sunshine Open (10:20.46)... Won the Distance Medley Relay at the Easter Relays (10:32.25)... Also competed in the 4 x 400 Meter Relay.

2013: Posted a season-best time of 4:01.52 in the 1500 meters and 4:24.22 in the mile... Also competed in the 800 meters, 4 x 400 meter relay and 4 x 800 meter relay.
