2022-23: Earned NAIA All-American honors as a member of the 200 Medley Relay (8th place, 1:48.24, school record) and the 800 Medley Relay (8th place, 7:48.65, school record)... Earned All-PCSC Conference honors in the 800 freestyle relay (8th place, 7:52.84)... Recorded season-best times of 38.38 in the 50 freestyle, 2:02.14 in the 200 freestyle, 5:15.93 in the 500 freestyle, 28.24 in the 50 yard backstroke, 1:01.60 in the 100 backstroke, 2:07.90 in the 200 backstroke and 4:46.84 in the 400 individual medley... Named to the PCSC All-Academic Second Team.
2021-22: Earned NAIA All-American honors in the 1650 yard freestyle with a fifth-place finish at the national championships (17:42.72)... Claimed All-PCSC honors in the 1650 yard freestyle with a third place finish and a time of 17.50.23 and the 200 yard backstroke with an eighth place finish and a time of 2:10.64... Received All-PCSC honorable mention recognition in the 1000 yard freestyle... Honored as the PCSC NAIA Swimmer of the Week on November 23 and January 18... Rewrote the school record in the 200 yard freestyle with a time of 1:56.29 and in the 200 yard backstroke with a time of 2:07.89... Notched team season-best times of 10:57.45 in the 1000 yard freestyle and 17:37.77 in 1650 yard freestyle... Member of the 800 freestyle relay who had a team season-best time of 7:56.44.
2020-21: One of three NAIA All-Americans for Westmont, who were the first All-Americans for the Warriors in program history...Received a PCSC Academic All-Conference Honorable Mention...Swam the 200 yard freestyle in a team-best time of 2:00.11 at the PCSC Championships...In Westmont's top-10 records, Bienias holds the first eight best times in the 200 free...Posted a team-best time of 5:23.56 in the 500 yard freestyle at the PCSC Championships, which was the fourth best time in program history (Bienias currently holds the top five records)...Swam the 1000 yard freestyle in a team-best time of 10:00.97 at the Westmont-Simpson-Biola Tri-Meet, which is now the best time in program history...Swam the 1650 yard freestyle in a team-best time of 18:01.59 at the PCSC Championships, which overtook her own pervious record as the fastest in program history...Swam the 100 yard backstroke in a season-best time of 1:05.61 at the Westmont-UAF-LMU Tri-Meet...Swam the 200 yard backstroke in a team-best time of 2:11.50 at the PCSC Championships, which overtook her own previous record as the fastest in program history...Swam the 100 yard butterfly in a season-best time of 1:05.93 in a dual meet against APU on 4/3/21...Swam the 400 yard individual medley in a team-best time of 4:48.86 at the PCSC Championships, which overtook her own previous record as the fastest in program history.
2019-20: Earned PCSC All-Conference honorable mentions honors in the 1650 yard freestyle (18:36.67)... Twice named the PCSC NAIA Swimmer of the Week (December 11, February 5), becoming the first Warrior to earn the honor multiple times... Qualified for and competed in the NAIA National Championship in three individual events and three relays... Placed 14th at Nationals in the 1650 yard freestyle with a time of 18:32.66... Finished 15th in the 200 yard backstroke at nationals with a time of 2:13.47... Took 21st at nationals in the 500 yard freestyle with a time of 5:22.57... Recorded team-best freestyle times in the 200 yard (1:59.63), 500 yard (5:21.07), 1000 yard (11:14.22) and the 1650 yard (18:21.00)... Posted a season-best time of 27.11 in the 50 yard freestyle and 59.01 in the 100 yard freestyle... Notched a team-best time of 2:11.81 in the 100 yard backstroke.
