Jill Leslie

Jill Leslie enters her first season as an assistant coach with the Westmont volleyball program after a decorated collegiate playing career at Oklahoma Baptist University and Point Loma Nazarene University.

Leslie completed her collegiate career at Point Loma Nazarene in 2025, helping lead the Sea Lions to one of the most successful seasons in program history. PLNU captured the PacWest regular season championship, won the NCAA West Regional Championship for the first time in program history, and advanced to the NCAA Division II semifinals while earning a No. 2 ranking in the AVCA Coaches Poll. Individually, Leslie earned D2CCA All-West Region Second Team and All-PacWest First Team honors after averaging 2.87 points per set, 2.42 kills per set, and hitting .330.

Prior to Point Loma, Leslie spent four seasons at Oklahoma Baptist University, where she was a standout two-sport athlete competing in both volleyball and basketball. During her volleyball career, Leslie became one of the most accomplished players in program history, earning AVCA Honorable Mention All-American honors, D2CCA All-Central Region Second Team recognition, and multiple All-Great American Conference selections. She helped lead OBU to GAC regular season and tournament championships in 2023 and an NCAA Tournament appearance.

Leslie finished her volleyball career ranked among OBU’s all-time leaders with 872 kills and 271 blocks. In her final season, she ranked third in the GAC with a .313 hitting percentage while leading the team in kills (335) and blocks (86).

A versatile athlete, Leslie also competed in basketball at OBU, where she finished her career ranked third in program history with 141 blocks. She earned CSC Academic All-District honors and was named to the OBU President’s Honor Roll.

A native of Wichita Falls, Texas, Leslie graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics. She later earned her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University.
